The Grand Old Dame has had a face lift in the past couple of years and is now
under new ownership by Paul Tsorbaris.
Paul and his family have been in the Pub game for many years, most of them in Shepparton.
Combining that with his old style Publican values of service and looking after his guests along with building a great team of staff to put those values into practice will make her Iconic again.
